Maintenance TechnicianLocation:
Working Between Buffalo, MN and Saint Cloud, MN A local company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities through preventive maintenance and repairs.

Essential Duties:
Possess a working knowledge of maintaining utilities such as well systems, septic systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical service and hardware, backup generators, and fuel supplies.
Coordinate preventive maintenance appointments for tasks that cannot be handled internally.
Conduct periodic water temperature checks and maintain accurate records.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
Two or more years of experience in facilities maintenance.
One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
Work Environment:
The work environment may involve interactions with adolescents in a sub-acute psychiatric treatment setting.
The noise level is typically moderate to high.
Work Schedule:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7:
00 am - 4:
00 pm, with flexibility to accommodate the 24/7 environment.
Hours may fluctuate based on operational needs.
Pay:
$20-25 per hour based on experience.
Requirements:
Manual dexterity to operate a computer.
Mobility to access equipment areas and navigate the campus, which may include stairs, uneven terrain, or long distances.
